PadelPilot includes proprietary workflows, operational methods, and system designs developed for tournament management, fixture generation, scoring, standings, player coordination, and related platform services.
To the extent that any non-public part of the platform, its logic, methods, or implementation is not publicly disclosed, it shall be treated as confidential information and trade secrets belonging to PadelPilot.
Users may not extract, misuse, copy, or exploit any non-public aspect of the platform for competitive or commercial purposes.
PadelPilot grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform only for its intended purpose.
You may not misuse the platform, including by:
PadelPilot may collect and store user information such as names, phone numbers, match history, tournament records, and related participation data for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
This information is used only in connection with platform functionality, tournament administration, communication, and related services. PadelPilot does not sell personal data to third parties.
By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your information for these purposes.
PadelPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, missed matches, scheduling issues, or service interruptions.
Users and organisers remain responsible for verifying tournament information, match results, schedules, and payment arrangements where applicable.
You may not use PadelPilot for the purpose of developing, testing, benchmarking, copying, or operating a competing service or product without prior written consent from PadelPilot.
